Shipping Charges

Since we operate as a B2B business, it is essential for commercial purposes that you must pay customs taxes and shipping charges from China to Bangladesh for the products you bring in. When placing an order, you will be shown the price of the product along with the shipping/customs charge per kilogram. This will be calculated based on the actual weight of the product upon arrival.

Customs and Shipping Charges:
Customs and shipping charges may vary depending on the value of the product/order. Since our products are a mix, we determine rates on average, which are mentioned in the Shipping Charge column on our product page. The charged amount will be based on the rates specified after the product arrives. These charges are subject to regular changes due to airfare, CNF charges, and various reasons. However, the rate you see on our site when placing an order will be effective upon the arrival of the product. So, you can order from our site without any worries.

Weight Calculation:
Most of our business comes from new entrepreneurs or small to medium-sized businesses. Hence, our orders are usually of small sizes. However, the products are repackaged into larger cartons for shipment from China. Payment is made based on the total weight to the air/ship/customs for these larger cartons. However, most of our customers do not prefer to take these larger cartons. Therefore, we have to calculate the weight separately for each product. For example, if the weight of your packet is 620 grams, then it will be calculated as 620 grams. Even if you have multiple orders, the weight will be calculated separately for each packet.
